What you do after our therapy session is so important! We have released holding and bracing patterns that have been established from life on the planet! Your body is now processing the new information. It is going through a re-education process and what you do in the following days is so important for your healing! Maintain good posture! Move your body!

Throughout the day many of us are limited to postures that are restrictive, both in our homes and in our work environment, so take time to move and stretch. Now is the time to begin those Yoga classes that you have been thinking about for so long! Tai chi, belly dancing, NIA, are all amazing and life changing activities for movement, energy flow, and the balance and pain free life we all strive for.

Aqua! Not just for drinking! Get into a pool and swim, aqua- dance, aqua-aerobics, aqua- yoga can all be amazing and very little impact on healing bodies and challenged joints! If you do not have access to a pool we are blessed to have several in our city with great classes and swim to stay fit programs!

Let's not forget meditation! A wise man once told me that prayer is talking to God, and meditating is when we are taking time to listen! Be gentle and loving with yourself! One step at a time! Know that only good lies before you! What you think - you can create!

Drink a lot of pure water after our session to help flush out toxins we have stirred up and released. Eat pure, live food, as organic as you can get! Get rid of as many dead, processed, de-vitalized, de-mineralized foods in your life as they are only polluting your beautiful energy lovely being!

Live your life with passion and follow your bliss!

There came a time when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom
